Terms of use
The terms for using this website. Work for clients is covered separately by the written scope and agreement each client accepts.
Last updated: 3 November 2026 · version 1.0 · effective 3 November 2026
About these terms
This website, trafficsocialmedia.com.au, is run by A3V Group Pty Ltd, trading as Traffic Social Media (ABN 83 619 475 259), based in Melbourne, Victoria. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean A3V Group Pty Ltd.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. These terms cover the website only. If you engage us to do work, that work is governed by the written Scope of Work and Terms of Engagement you accept at the time, and where those documents differ from these terms, they apply to the work.
Information on this website
We try to keep everything here accurate and current, but it is general information about our services, not legal, financial, regulatory or other professional advice for your particular business, and we don't promise it is free of errors. Check anything you intend to rely on with us before acting on it.
Some material on this website is prepared with the help of software, including AI tools, and is reviewed by us before publication. That doesn't change its status: it remains general information.
Descriptions of what a service includes and excludes are a guide to help you decide whether to get in touch. The scope, price and timing of any work are confirmed in writing before work starts, and that written scope is what applies.
Prices and offers
Where a price appears on this website it is shown in Australian dollars, prominently stating the GST-inclusive total. A price on the website is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer; a quote becomes binding only when it is set out in a written Scope of Work and accepted.
Introductory or founding offers are available only to businesses that meet the stated conditions, requiring acceptance of a written Scope of Work and payment of the deposit, with places allocated in the order both conditions are completed (up to the limit of five places, with the business keeping a record of the date and time each place is secured), and may be withdrawn once the stated number of places is taken. No standard, former or comparison price, or savings claim will be stated unless it has genuinely been adopted and can be substantiated.
No guarantees about search engines or results
We don't control Google or any other search engine, directory or advertising platform. Nothing on this website promises a ranking, a position in search results, a number of enquiries, or any commercial result. Anyone who guarantees these things is guessing, and we won't.
Work we show
Everything in our portfolio carries a label so you know what you are looking at:
- Client project: real work for a paying client, shown with the client's written permission. The client's name, logo and website remain its property.
- Related business: a real website for a business connected to us. The entry states who owns the business and exactly what we did and when; it is never presented as client work.
- Fictional concept: a business we invented to show our design approach. Its name, phone number, prices, licence numbers and other details are made up and don't refer to any real business. Any resemblance to a real business is unintended.
We don't publish results, quotes or figures for any project unless they are the client's own, approved in writing, with their source and date.
Using our content
The text, design, code, graphics and illustrations on this website belong to A3V Group Pty Ltd or are used under licence. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference. Please ask before copying, adapting or republishing anything else.
Client names, logos and website screenshots shown in our portfolio belong to those clients and appear with their permission; that permission doesn't extend to anyone else. Google, Google Business Profile and other product names are trade marks of their owners, mentioned only to describe what we do; no endorsement is implied.
Using the enquiry form
The enquiry form is for genuine enquiries about our services. Please give accurate details and don't use it to send unsolicited marketing, bulk or automated submissions, or anything unlawful, offensive or that infringes someone else's rights. We may ignore or block submissions that break these rules.
Sending an enquiry doesn't create a client relationship or a duty of confidentiality; that begins only when a written Scope of Work is accepted. Please don't send passwords, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive or confidential material through the form or by ordinary email. How we handle what you send is explained in our privacy policy.
Links to other websites
Links to other websites, including those of clients whose work we show, are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link isn't an endorsement.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or remove any part of this website at any time without notice, and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms by publishing a new version here with a new date; the version in place when you use the site is the one that applies.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where our services come with consumer guarantees under that law, those guarantees apply in full.
Subject to the paragraph above, and only to the extent permitted by law: this website and its content are provided “as is”; we do not exclude or limit liability for misleading, deceptive or incorrect information to the extent a visitor lawfully relies on it; we exclude liability for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on this website only where such loss is lawfully excludable and not caused by our breach of contract, negligence, misleading conduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded; and where section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law permits liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee to be limited, our liability for such failure is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute about this website is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
Severability. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
